So, after pricing out everything for the Venice and decking it out completely...we decided that we wanted the additional space that the Rome offered. And we started the process all over. It was a long haul, but we are finally signed off and ready to go. I will post more on all of our selections soon.
They should be digging in a week or so. Final dates on Thursday.

Can't wait to see all your selections. Did you look at a ROME model in your area and do you have pictures, if so, it would be nice to see. The ROME is becoming very popular these days and I am thrilled to see the models, the elevations and the building for each.

So exciting!!!! Can't wait to follow your progress. We are just a few weeks ahead of you. They just started framing our home yesterday. But, we opted for a one-story so we are building the Springbrook and having all the bells and whistles, including finished basement.
