Purchase Agreement Signed Today!

Well, we were finally able to get everything agreed upon and all the purchase agreeement paperwork has been signed! Only took us 3+ hours....but, our SR was very patient, and so we were all happy in the end. Our closing date is tentatively set for 8/2/12. Crazy how quickly this could all get done. Now on to gathering all the documentation the mortgage lender needs....
